Being as most sites have a plethora of brand names and almost all can be tweaked to offer the best deal to us...customer service is what sets companies apart, i wont slander others online but i think you know a couple that arent very good at communicating with their customers, but Phil at DD is amazing, he got me my flex when everyone was sold out, held on to it for me until the next day, and got here before a crucial detail....what a guy and what a service..keep it up Phil you have a loyal following

I wanna second the Detailer's Domain kudos.
I was looking to change to another interior dressing. I really wanted to try Checmical Guys item (forgot the name). Heard great things abou it. But, I don't have a CG vendor I use, so I ordered 1Z Cockpit Premium from DD. I'm happy with it and don't have any regrets. The bottom line. I'll make a decision heavily based on the vendor and their integrity. If it's a 50-50 maybe decision or even a 60/40 decision, working with the best vendor usually tips the scales in their favor. Thanks Phil, CP and Gummi Pflege are great. |
