Chris, I placed order # 10365 on 8-29-2008 and the latest shipping info shows that it arrived in the states on 9-4-20008:

Should I be getting concerned that it hasn't shown up after over a week of being in the states. From your experience on shipping items is this normal? I'm also wondering if it might be the Kleenol or the car wash (liquids) that are holding things up.

This is normal, is gets held at customs for a few days. The tracking will also stop working at that point. You will likely receive it in the next few days.
