Hey Chris..what did I miss? I got the order today and double checked the prices on your site...I paid full retail for everything including the shipping. I thought DB members got a discount. Was I wrong? I had posted and pm'd you and got a response, I thought I was taken care of. It doesn't seem like that happened.

We do our discount a bit differently. Your order goes through as a full purchase but we go in and credit your card back the discount amount. We do this for two reasons,

1. Discount codes leak, people post them on other forums, email them to friends etc etc etc..

2. Our discounts are variable and we have to look at each order and come up with a discount.

Because we process all discounts from all forums once or twice a week we just ship the order and do the credit shortly after.

I am getting this question a lot and it seems when we apply a credit it is taking a while for it to show up on customers cards. We are brainstorming other ideas that will avois this. Rest assured all DB orders will get their discounbt. I have Erin looking into the last few discounts making sure customers got them.
