Alright boys, my amazing wife got this for me as one of my presents! Just been playing around with it today, this thing is HARDCORE and very advanced. I'll need to read the manual, hah! I already took some "test" pics with it to show it off, I'll post them later on tonight.

I didn't have a choice in color, as it was a clearance item, only silver ones left. But for the price, I would have taken a PINK ONE!!!

The sound is AWESOME, it's like a mini supercharger winding up inside the camera!

Nice set up there Piet! I have a Sigma 70-300mm for my Nikon, great lens. Also have a Nikon Speedlight SB-50DX. You are going to have some great shots with that setup!

they almost have as many features as the camera lol..i have the 580xll so nice having a flash

I really like it so far. I took a few test shots that will show how nice it is to be able to bounce a flash and create natural looking pictures, even when a flash is needed...

Thanks! I have been very pleased with this Sigma, it's not exactly an "L" lens but since I'm still learning, it's perfect for me!

About 80 feet normal and 40 feet at high-speed sync. I bought the camera at Staples

OH MAN I wish I could have gotten the 580, but a bit out of my range. And you're right, the settings on this thing is INSANE!!!
