Default POLL: What shooting modes do you use?

Fun, quick poll...

What shooting modes do you use the most? What are you most comfortable in?

Me:
  • 60% Manual (Much more comfortable in M mode after reading "Understanding Exposure")
  • 30% Aperture Priority (I am the most comfortable in this mode, but like manual as a challenge and to get precisely the look I want)
  • 10% Shutter Priority (mostly fast moving subjects like racing, sports, etc.)
How about you?

I'd say I either shoot in Av mode, or in full auto. I am not comfortable enough yet in the other modes. My problem is that I'm afraid to take pictures of an important moment, then have it turn out bunk cos I shot in the wrong mode.

Pretty much all M when I first got the camera. Thats how you really learn how things work. Now I use Av and Tv, M sometimes. Cant stand auto. I want to learn how to manually adjust white balance.

I'm mostly on Av and P mode. I've tried M mode a few times but I'm not quite there yet. The more I read and through trial and error the more I learn but I think it's time I sign up for a course
