Detailing Bliss Detailer Of The Month

The purpose of this Detailer Of The Month section is for Pro members in such class to be glorified and to put the spot light on such Detailers. This is a paid subscription section, if interested go to UserCP and click on Paid Subscription.

Like the Detailer of the Month Competition winner will be chosen by DB Certified Dealers and DB Representatives the slight difference is that no guest will be contacted to vote.

The competition is for elite detailers, best of the best, detailers extraordinaire. All members who wish to upgrade to the Pro title will have to subscribe to it. The winner will be posted on the Detailer of the Month forum and spot light will be shined on that person. Now like Detailer of the Month Competition this is about detailing, this includes all parts of the vehicle engine, interior, exterior, wheel wells, rims, exhaust pipes. Well I think you guys see where I’m going with this. So what ever you detail may be submitted to qualify, now seeing as this is for Pros it’s encouraged that such posts be of an entire vehicle but like I said all type of detailing goes.

How the winner will be chosen:

Once again this is very important, no editing of the pictures. What I mean is that there are many programs to alter/edit an image, no editing or alterations are allowed. Now adding a border, or a fading affect around the edges is one thing but adjusting the contrast to improve the image is not allowed (if you are unclear as to what I’m referring to please feel free to ask).

1. Only Pro Detailers may enter this competition (UserCP, Paid Subscription), this excludes all DB Certified Dealers and DB Representatives. Now to clarify a pro detailers is a person who earns his living from detailing (that about clears up who is a pro detailer, if this is not clear please feel free to ask and I’d be more then happy to explain it further).
2. A full write up identifying what products/process was utilized must be entered along with pictures.
3. Before and after pictures are a must and if at all possible at the same angle and lighting. In addition, quality of the images are important so try to keep the pictures focused and sharp as best as possible as the quality of the pictures will play a role during judging.
4. All pictures must be entered during the entry post, you will not be allowed to edit your post and add pictures at a later date. All sections that you have detailed must be entered (tires, rims, wheel wells, interior, exterior ect).
5. You may enter as many details as you please, multiple entries are allowed.
6. Winners of previous month may enter the next month. Meaning there is no waiting period. Example, if you win the Detailer of the Month title on January you may enter again in February.
7. Once a winner is announced the decision is final.
8. All entries must be entered by the end of each month.
9. Each entry must include the name of the company on the title of the thread.

Well those are the rules, if there are any questions or concerns feel free to ask. In addition, it does not matter what vehicle you choose to enter any vehicle will do winners will not be chosen based on vehicle, instead based on skills and results. Now since this is for Pro’s pictures will play a crucial role, so try to take as best pictures as possible. The winner will be announced every month and will be contacted via PM for details.

Since, this section is for Pro’s prices will be given accordingly. Prizes will not disappoint.
