Default Optimum Products are the BOMB!!!

I just got back from a short trip and tried the Optimum Power Clean, Car Wash Soap and Optimum Instant Detailer & Gloss Enhancer. Before I started a few hundred mile trip home I was able to get my car washed and use the Optimum Instant Detailer & Gloss Enhancer, just before I started home. Once I made it home here is what my poor car looked like...... BUGS BUGS BUGS and TAR in a few spots!!!

The window was covered!!!

Tar on the rims and a few spots on the lower panels.

Out of habbit I started to pull out my ARO, SCG, PB Bug Squash.. then I thought.. heck no I am going to try my Optimum line. Thanks Integrity.

Well.... I am could not get over all the foam from my foam gun!!! It looked like something FMIUNS would post, sorry no pic! My car was covered with bubbles!!!! It smells great too!

I used the Power Clean on the rims, tires and Wheel Wells. It got everything off with very little effort. I really like how many areas you can use this!!!!

I thought I might have to use the Pwer Clean on the bugs and however they came off with very little effort using just the Car wash soap.
I am not sure if it was the Instant Detailier that had been applied before I left or the soap that took are of the bugs. Whatever it was.. it was effertless!!! I am very impress! I will try to get some pics in the morning.
Optimum is oustanding

You are VERY welcome, and I'm glad you like the stuff! I'll bet you came home from your trip early just to wash the bugs off your car, hehe. Was it business, pleasure, or none of my business? Hope you had a good time, be safe!

Chris

It's great to hear that Tonya! I'll have to give the Power Clean and Car Wash a try some time.

I've never been impressed by the polish line, OPP or the ONR as a QD or a wash

But as long as they are around, something awesome may come out
However I think it's time that more people move on from polymer technology and embrace what I'm loving to use

First, great review and I agree as I've been more than pleased with every Optimum product I've tried to date.

Second, Mr Dream Machines/SVR why must you come into someones product review and use it as a means to trash a company?? I don't know what your issue is with Optimum as you bash them on every board I belong to as well as there own forum (which I'll admit took some stones as well as a ton of ignorance).

I don't get it either......but that's how some people are I reckon.

Tonya, glad to see you enjoyed the products and their use. The OID does have the ability to leave a polymer film behind so this is what may have made the bug cleaning easier.

..... and yes the car shampoo will produce some of the most long lasting suds I have ever seen and while I have never used a foam gun I have had suds last in my bucket for hours on end. It would be great for a foam party, eh?

Anthony

The OID is the best QD I've used. It just dissappears into the paint and you can IMMEDIATELY see the enhanced gloss and slickness.
