Default Purple Foamed Wool and OID are insane..

These two products have drastically reduced the time I spend washing and maintaining the ride.

First off, OID I have been trying for 5 weeks now and honestly the 'anti-static' properties, mean almost nothing sticks to the hood, after 2 weeks the hood looks like it did using 1Z Lackfinish (detail spray) after one or two days. OID just keeps the dust off, and I think, honestly, brings out the flake. Maybe a 15% improvement in clarity for flake. (and I have very fine flake in the 05 Audi finish). For pictures I am currently running a 50/50 with OID and 1z glanz on the hood and 1z glanz and Victoria Collectors (carnuba dust comparison was the thought) Will post results in a week or so. I will say that 1z glanz and the 1z lackfinish, compared to the VC nuba was un-noticeable, after a week, dust/debris was the same IMO, we'll see how OID compares.

The other amazing thing is purple foamed wool. This stuff will cut your correction time in half. With SIP on the audi, I was doing an entire 2x2 section in one application for full correction on moderately swirled paint. Not the RIDS, but the normal swirls, oh yeah, and almost zero haze/compounding marks. I followed with a black Pad at 1500 rpms with 106fa, brought out some gloss and I was super happy that I could do a 90% correction job on two doors of the car in an hour. That would translate into a 5 hr polishing job, when I am used to a 10 hr + job.

Just thought I would offer up some feedback on absolutely stunning products that are truly saving me some time, money (OID) and keeping the car cleaner during the car season.
