I went back to check it out and didn't feel comfortable paying nearly 300 for a reconditioned PW. Let alone, 2500 PSI is overkill for a car by quite a bit.

Is there a pressure adjustment on it? Can you change how much pressure it outputs?

No pressure adjustment. It comes with different nozzle tips as you can see. I used the white 40* tip today just to test it out on the driveway and when I backed the tip away, the strength of the water pressure decreased significantly.

The ability to use this on a car is just a bonus, really. And this thing should last me for a long time.
