Um...well I'm still waiting for it to arrive, I've been waiting for a long time...as to what the wax is..um...I'd rather not say what it is till I have it as there is still a chance I may not get it due to delay at the manufacture I know I'll be getting it, it's just a matter of when I'll be getting it

The seller apparently has no idea between oz and fl-oz. Last time I weight 50/50 for shipping purposes it weights only 4 oz with the tin can (and by volume it's 16oz)!
Maybe vintage has density of water 1fl-oz = 1oz
