Default Full Detail Service and upselling

For all you who detail for money, what do you include in your Full Detail besides the wash/clay/polish/wax/vac/shampoo/etc.? Do you include the engine, glass polishing (if needed), glass sealant, wheel sealant, fabric guard etc?

Do you ever up-sell add-on services to a full detail? I have my opinion, just want to see what everyone is offering their clients.

Thanks!

yes I upsell the items you mentioned including scratch/chip repair/reduction

Using a detailed "vehicle check in sheet" while doing a initial inspection provides the opportunitty to document these issues with the customer present and then propose your method to remedy..

I saw the check-in sheets you posted a while back, very nice. I have been looking for something like that!

Let me be more specific.

If you were building a service list for a Full Detail to show your customer what would you include? What would you consider add-on services above and beyond the detail.

If I am doing a "Full Detail" package everything you mentioned would be included (maybe excluding polishing the glass)

With that said chip & scratch repairs I do not include in any of my packages since it is really dependent on the nature and quantity of the scratches / chips.
