What product would you recommend on a Honda Element's bumpers?

I've had good luck with Hi-Temp's Bumper Renew on the large amount of trim on the Honda CR-V, which I'm guessing would be a similar material to that on the Element. Don't forget to clean the trim before dressing.

Combination of Black Wow and CGs Trim Gel did wonders for this Avalanche

That is still the most impressive trim turnaround I have ever seen...good to see it again!!
